Just as there are 17 essential nutrients for healthy plant growth, there are many essential "nutrients" for a fulfilling life. Maintaining a garden allows us to care for ourselves with love, joy, and purpose.

Blackwing 17 examines the conscious practice of gardening.

The pencil features a color palette in earth tones: olive green finish, ferrule and printing in dark brown and eraser in burgundy.

It also features balanced graphite and a 10cm ruler stamped on its body that you can use to record seedling growth in your plant log.
